Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to baronic.io, @baronicbot, the BARONIC Telegram Mini App and administrator support functions. Telegram, wallet applications and TON network services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

• Telegram account data: Telegram user ID, display name, username and language code supplied through Telegram Mini App authentication.
• Wallet data: public wallet address, network, connection timestamps and cryptographic proof results. We do not request or store seed phrases or private keys.
• Product records: quotes, orders, transaction hashes, bars, serial numbers, weekly accruals, sales, referrals, balances and withdrawal requests.
• Support and compliance: messages, account status, country declarations, review notes and administrator actions recorded in the audit log.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent and limited server or security logs generated when the website or API is accessed.
• Public blockchain data: wallet addresses and transactions visible on the TON blockchain.

We process information to authenticate users, provide requested functions, connect wallets, record blockchain activity, calculate results, operate referrals and withdrawals, provide support, enforce eligibility and limits, prevent abuse, maintain security and comply with applicable legal obligations. Depending on the processing, the legal basis is performance of the service requested by you, legitimate interests in operating and securing BARONIC, compliance with law, or consent where specifically requested.

Information may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers, Telegram, TON Connect bridge infrastructure, your selected wallet provider, TON nodes or explorers, security providers and professional advisers. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data and do not currently use third-party advertising or marketing cookies.

Telegram, blockchain infrastructure, wallet services and hosting providers may process data outside your country. Where required, BARONIC uses an appropriate transfer mechanism. Public blockchain records are distributed globally and cannot be restricted to one country.

Account and product records are retained while an account remains active and afterwards for the period reasonably required for support, security, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Routine technical logs are intended to be retained for no longer than 90 days unless a security incident requires longer preservation. Audit, compliance and transaction records may be retained for up to ten years where law or legitimate evidentiary needs require it.

Public blockchain data cannot be deleted by BARONIC. Off-chain records may be retained where required to establish transactions, comply with law or resolve disputes.

BARONIC uses access controls, hashed administrator credentials, signed Telegram authentication, wallet proof verification, restricted administrative roles and audit records. No system is completely secure. You must protect your Telegram account, wallet and device and report suspected compromise promptly.

Subject to applicable law, including the UK GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or information about processing. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or another competent authority. We may request reasonable identity verification and may retain information where deletion is legally restricted or technically impossible, including public blockchain records.

BARONIC is an independent Mini App. Telegram may provide limited account data when you launch it and may process your interaction under Telegram's own terms. This Policy supplements rather than replaces Telegram's policies.

BARONIC is not intended for anyone under 18. If BARONIC learns that a minor has used the service, access may be suspended and appropriate deletion steps taken.
